How we work on this
We get the electrical specification right for your country, confirm the factory can supply moulds and tooling, and arrange installation support or operator training where it is offered. For larger lines we encourage a factory visit — and we will host you while you are here.

Will the machine work on my country's voltage?
We specify voltage and frequency as part of the order. This is a common and expensive mistake, so we confirm it in writing.
Do you arrange installation and training?
Many factories offer engineer support for installation and operator training. We negotiate this into the deal where it is available.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
We encourage it for production lines. Come over and we will take you to the factories, translate, and make sure the trip is worth it.
